Erica Cordie: Overcoming Adversity

Hello everyone,  I grew up in Sturgis, SD. I use to love to snow ski and when I was 17 I blew out my right knee. That’s how I got into bodybuilding for rehabilitation. I have screws in my knee holding it together.  I deal with excruciating pain on a daily basis while in the gym because of this. People have made comments over the years about how I needed to build my quads up, but never took a second to ask themselves this. Her upper body is built, her calves are big, she must just be lazy and don’t like to do squats. When in reality if I could do any sort of weighted quad workout, you better believe my quads would be the size of tree trunks. Maybe if I sell enough calendars I’ll buy some new knees and start competing! :) I  did one bodybuilding show  in 2001 and won it.

Since I grew up in Sturgis  I’ve always worked at the motorcycle rallies there and around the country and love all my biker buddies. I love when people come up to me at the rallies and pull out their cell phone’s and show me a picture of me and them at a rally back in like 2001 or something.  I’ve always bartended and been a shot girl at the rallies as well as some local places that I’ve lived. I think it’s time for a new direction and this is my start. So come along for the ride! Oh and don’t forget to pick up a couple extra for friends and family since Christmas is around the corner!  I will fit nice and snug in a stocking for someone!! ;P   (Also when you are buying multiple calendars or photos and you want me to autograph them to different people, or you want yours signed to a different name than that is on the billing purchase, just specify in the special fields box when you get to your cart page.  Muah!!
